1 kg Chicken
30 g Curry Leaves
20 g Sugar

Mix ingredients (A) well and add in the chicken.

Mix ingredients (B) and in the chicken, together with curry leaves and sugar. Allow to marinade in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.

Heat up a pot of oil and fry the chicken until golden brown. Drain oil from the chicken and ready to serve.
